How can employee networks help your people engage with the Diversity and Inclusion agenda?

How can employee networks help support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda within their organisation and look beyond their traditional membership base to engage colleagues from across the business as allies?

Our discussion will look to focus on:

  • How can organisations encourage employee networks to become more inclusive?
  • What practical steps can employee networks use to  engage with colleagues traditionally not represented by their diversity strand?
  • What are the challenges of engaging those employees not yet part of the D&I conversation?
  • What is the future for employee networks and their membership?
  • How can employee networks help support the wider D&I agenda within their organisations?
  • What others ways might organisations engage people that don’t conform to the traditional strands of diversity?

  • Daniel Docherty, Business Performance Manager, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
  • Sally Ward, Inclusion Specialist, BT
  • Frances Duffy, Vice President HR, Capgemini
  • Elinor Crockford, Co-Chair of the Cross Government Gender Network, HMRC
