Radius WebWorks  Global Online Training

Inclusive Employee Networks and Allies

In this online training session, we will share practical advice on how employee networks can engage with colleagues traditionally not represented by their diversity strand. We will also discuss the challenges of engaging those employees not yet part of the D&I conversation, as well as the future for employee networks and their membership.

This session will focus on in-depth case studies from IBM and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). IBM will be sharing experiences of how they have used allies across the organisation's networks to drive more effective business and culture change, and BAML will be providing insight into its award winning LGBT employee network allies programme.

The session will focus on:

  • What is the importance of employee networks
  • How have your employee networks been successful in engaging allies?
  • What are the potential challenges for employee networks in engaging allies?
  • Have your employee networks helped engage clients through allies activities?
  • How are data and stats on allies collected by the employee networks showing ROI?
  • What are IBM's employee networks plans for innovating for the future?
